Transformation & Change - Life and Health Coaching is centered on reaching the goal of Whole Health or Deep Health.

What is Whole or Deep Health?

Whole or deep health refers to a state of well-being that includes all aspects of health:

  • Physical health - absence of disease, disease management, movement, exercise.

  • Mind and emotions - stress management, sleep, mindfulness, rest, relaxation, healing trauma.

  • Personal development - relationships, work, work - life balance.

  • Spiritual health - meaning, purpose, happiness.

  • Nutrition - nourishment, healthy weight, disease prevention.

How does the Transformation & Change Coaching Program work?

  1. We begin with a personal health inventory centered on the concept of whole or deep health.

  2. We determine your ultimate outcome goal and create a clear plan on how to reach your goal.

  3. Goals are broken down into subcategories and behavioral goals and steps that are tailored to your personal situation and ability.

    My approach centers around cognitive behavioral techniques, accountability, mindfulness, encouragement, identification of obstacles and most and foremost on pragmatic approach to creating transformation and change.
